Procedures 

1. Log in to your existing account in HUITONG Conference Information System. 
  (Create a new account if you don't have one) 

2. Change the language to English (top right) and click Conference List.

3. Find Submission button for the 18th International Superconductive Electronics Conference (ISEC 2023).
  (Download  Abstract Template here.)

4. Follow the steps and submit your abstract.
  (When adding Authors, Biography is optional and can be skipped by entering a space.)
